Should Mexico City have legalised abortion?

Yesterday nine Chinese and 65 Ethiopian workers died when they were attacked by separatist rebels in a remote part of Somalia. Seven Chinese workers are still kidnapped, and it's highlighted China's increasing involvement in Africa. Whether that involvement is welcome remains the subject of fierce discussion.
